And they arrived this morning (thanks to helpful postman Wink) along with the remaining blisters that I ordered Big Grin

Yeah, the archers seem to be doing the most damage in our battles at the moment. I wasn't overly impressed with that cavalry though, perhaps they will be more potent in War of the Rings?

Now that is a plan Smile
At 8am I was outside (finally) undercoating four Warmacine figures, much to the bemusement of next door's cat. Wind kept blowing the box away (downside of plastic Warjacks!), and now it's too dull to paint *sigh*
Now that's dedication. Especially in this weather !
My dad has downloaded the rules for blood bowl we gonna have a go and see if its any good if so we bring it to the club and show people how too play somtime but full up with 40k battles at the moment

Blood bowl is my all time favourite game, followed by Necromunda. Largely because of the campaign system. I would really enjoy a couple of games and the potential of a club league. Looking foward to flicking through the LRB.

My tip for spraying. Get a shoe box, and attatch double sided tape along one of the narrow sides. Peel back the second side and attach your models. Spray away and when done fill the box with rocks. Try watching a brisk breeze blow them bad boys over.
lol gareth thats funny me and my dad are playing necromunda right now lol my little brother is playing delaque and my dad is playing Goliath while i am a noble house that makes sure they don't get up to too much trouble. I know roughly how to play it and ahve all the weapons and the necromunda source book with outlanders expansion but as my dad got it of a friend who was going to USA and wanted to get rid of stuff we have everything but the rulebook lol.

Cassy is done. Just need to Varnish and get the base painted. Not as happy as with Colette, but if I keep trying to fix things I am sure I will ruin it completely. Far from Golden Demon standard, but higher quality than a table top standard, and seeing as I have no depth perseption, that is more than enough for me.
I just broke the paints out after a lengthy break that can be measured in years. First time with the Citadel Foundation range, and I must say I'm impressed with the coverage. The victim was my Khadorian Juggernaut, with the aim of testing a grey and red colour scheme. Definitely pleased with the results, even though it's just some rough armour painting. I went straight from base-coat to foundation, and although I think I may have gone in a little too light with Adeptus Battlegrey and Mechrite Red, I can hear my Orks and Space Wolves breathing a unanimous sigh of relief that they no longer face the prospect of 15 coats of paint to get a good coverage Wink
I would still water the paint down. You are after a milk type consistency. And a then two or three coats of the Mechrite Red will give you a great coverage. It might seem unnecessarily time wasting, but the look of a few watered down coats, leaves you with a much nicer looking flat coat. With the higher pigment count of the foundations, you can water them down, and still expect to use less coats to get the coverage you are after.
