Also dug out the desert island board, and applied some filler to a few areas that bore the brunt of a clawing from our cat. Applied some more filler to a test board that I can use to work out some ideas I've got for ocean effects.
I'm going to effect some repairs on the current ship this evening - it took a bit of a hammering at Salute, and would probably benefit from having the masts pinned. Time permitting I'll do some more on the new ship as well.

Done that, on with the new one!
Fitted the cannons and basecoated the lot. Will finish the hull and cannons over the next couple of nights, but probably won't get chance to fit all of the remaining detail parts.
That'll be no progress at all tonight then.

I think we're going to need a Kickstarter/IndieGoGo section soon as they're becoming increasingly popular with companies now (For a good reason too).
Myself, Luke, Ethan and Sophie(!) applied some more filler to the desert island board this evening. A final light sanding should see it ready for the application of some fine grade sand.
