I've been wondering why I didn't use any Soulstones during the Malifaux game on Tuesday. It turns out that my Viktorias could have both used them to add additional fate cards to their duel totals - doh!

No progress on Warmachine today. However started on the 3 mechanical doves, and painted the last dancer of the troop. Just the doves, 4 coryphee and one last mannequin left.

Ordered the Freikorps box set tonight, and a Feldherr Mini Plus case. And some other stuff.

Today is Scenery, Pre-orders and Warmahordes books. The £200 dent in my finances will hurt but I am sure I can justify it by promising myself a spanking (and some painted miniatures by the end of the week.)

Besides 16% off already discounted GW products and I don't feel the need to drive to a store to pre-order means I am slightly happier.

Other than that watching Paul, and then building Bane Thralls today, with hopefully either a Mannequin of some Mechanical doves being completed by the end of the day.

Got another website to finish today, then hopefully I'll get some time to settle down to some painting this evening. Want to get youngest lad started on painting his Lizardmen at some point too.

Seeing as they are on my to do list, I would love to see his Lizard progress.

Began painting my IFP in the new army colour scheme and well, lets say, I truly cannot paint

Started work on making my Cryx bases. Using those glass plant pot topper thingies (like coloured glass you scatter over the soil, on a plant pot.) However it's going to be a nightmare trying to pin models onto the "rocks" as my 1mm drill bits shatter as soon as I try to apply any force. Looks like I need a Diamond tipped Drill bit.
