Applied first coat of paint to the sand on the desert island board today, with Luke's help. Definitely needs at least one more.
Painting sand is a nightmare. It just absorbs moisture.

working on High elves this week in preparation for the game against Luke on Tuesday. 5 Dragon Princes and 3 spearmen undercoated and started painting the mage from the Island of Blood set.
Looking forward to seeing those Chris, really like the High Elves figures from the Island of Blood set. Must get round to tackling my WFB Dwarves at some point - another candidate for quickshade I think.
