Hey guys, i have downloaded the codex pdf to my phone, and vince said he will lend me the paper version. As for models i should have by then:
2x 10 man fire warrior teams (already already)
1x 8 man pathfinder team (2x railguns)
1x 10 man kroot team
3x broadsides
1x commander in battlesuit
1x devilfish (already delivered)
3x crisis battlesuits
I think this is likely to be enough to play with? If anyone can think of anythink else I might need (and even better have them) would be awesome if u could let me know

Uses models you have, only thing you need is the Skyray which i will bring for you.

Thanks for that list! Is it not worth having the vector what-its on the crisis suits so they can shoot then boost away? (been watching youtube vids)

You can Jump away anyway (all jet pack infantry can), vectored thrusters just allow you a reroll on the distance as well as giving hit and run.
I'd have it on my commander as have mine fully tricked out, was just concious of not overloading you with rules to remember.
I'll meet you early and give a quick run through anyway of Tau basics and book so can make any changes to list you feel like.

I will be bringing my Eldar so will come up with a 1000pt list which will be fairly balanced against this one if you are happy with it.
