Easiest way Kevin is to open in Paint, select resize on the top left and change the the 100 to 30. Then save and job is a good un.

Edit - abused my Mod powers and scaled the image down for you.

That's a decent looking force you're building up there - nice to see them all on display.

Cheers for the resize I only use my iPad so it goes straight from there.
