not really my orks can hit that number before I add in my super heavies and my chaos can do 4000pts
that and you have plenty of choices for your army list!
I think I can do 5k of dark angels easily enough.
And, 2.5k of eldar
And 2.5k of nurgle
And about 1k of inquisition....
So 6.4k is perfectly ok!!
