I've had a little think about an all dread list and I feel this is most likely the best, it's not blood angles though.

Master of the forge

Ironclad – hunter killer missile x2
Ironclad – hunter killer missile x2
Ironclad – hunter killer missile x2

Dreadnought 2x autocannons
Dreadnought 2x autocannons
Dreadnought 2x autocannons

Depending on the rest of the points, scouts or tactical marines in drop pods and maybe 3 drop pods for the ironclads, so they can drop first turn. Or no drop pods and deploy on the field and walk up, saving the points for the drop pods and spending them on more troops
