Salute 2011

Salute 2011 is on tomorrow (Saturday April 16th) down in that there Laaaaandon.

Some great games being put on this year...I'd love to go but other pressures mean it's a tricky one to get past the committee for free time usage.

Games I'd love to see:

Stand TF08 - Flames of War Blitzkrieg - With the armoured train...special stuff.
Stand GD19 - Cthulu and Cluedo mashup
Stand GL04 - Mantic Games - Kings of War demo
Stand GK16 - Post operation Sealion - Always had an interest in "WhatIf" type scenarios since reading Len Deightons SS-GB in the 70's.
Stand GJ07 - War of the Roses here, massed ranks of 6mm figures.
Stand GL06 - 54mm Napoleonics. Should be impressive.
Stand TF08 - Gallipoli (ww1) - Sounds like the terrain they're using here looks great.

Lots to see and that's even before getting involved with trade stands or participating in any games.

Reading today on Twitter, that Heresy_Andy from Heresy Miniatures has had his booking forms sent out. I would expect more details to come out soon then.
