Looks Solid, albeit slightly lacking in anti tank. I don't think you need it necessarily, as the list seems well built to play the objective game, with the deepstriking dread and terminators going after key targets.
I haven't got my Codex to hand but do the Custodes troops get Obsec?
Also, the 5+ FNP Warlord trait could be an idea as well, especially if you put it on the first Captain and give him VotBG
Another option with the spare points could be to switch one of the Commanders out for a Primaris Pysker? Been impressed with mine so far, even for cheap smites and deny the witch he's quite effective.
