Half completed projects never to be finished.....

So in an effort to try and get me painting and modelling again, i have fully assembled, cleaned up, magnetised and undercoated my sanguinary guard over the last couple of days.

Aim tonight is to paint up all the gold armour with highlights and maybe the guns, see how good my ichiban brushes are and if the kickstarter was worth it lol.

In an effort to motivate myself i am going to attempt to update this thread at least once a week with WiP shots and hopefully fully painted miniatures (shocking for me, i know!)

This weeks goal is to have the all the Sanguinary guard painted by Monday, meaning i can move onto either death company(if i get my magnets in time, ALOT needed for the amount of options) or BA tacticals squad.

Starting to look good mate! Reckon you'll hit any tournaments this year? Toms doing a summer Caledonian on the 18/19 July which should be awesome! Or war of the roses perhaps? Be good to have you there bud n with the lists your coming up with I can imagine you doing well!

Not sure on the May one purely as you know how slow i am at painting (told Rob i'm a maybe ), but hoping the July onwards ones i should have my Blood angels fully painted for. I have my lad every other weekend, so a lot depends on the timing matching up with weekends I'm free.

Have a couple of ideas around a full 9 Drop pod list and shenigians around putting troops in FA drop pods and having the Obj Sec pods coming in later in the game for the tournamets lol.
