Does anyone know of a good Wargaming store in Banbury that would sell FoW miniatures.

Especially US Paratroopers.

Nope, there isn't one mate. Only shop selling mini's is the toy shop Trinders and they only sell GW stuff. They don't have any FoW stuff at alll
