25% off total wargamer again this weekend

After 10 days my order still hasn't even been shipped yet, just phoned them to find out what the hell was going on, didn't even get an explaination, they just said they would ship it today and that they should still meet the 10 day shipping time, which they said would expire on the 29th, which is wrong, because it expires TODAY! Is this a regular problem with Total Wargamer? It's my first time ordering from there and i have to say, not a great first impression.
