Really like that list Luke.
If you wanted a 4th Taipei you could drop the lima and replace it with one of the new orleans from another battlegroup - can still active scan early in the game and then be sent to where it is needed later on when you know what cluster is hanging in the balnce. Of course you can't go weapons free with the avalon when you active scan but normally you need to turn anyway.
JJ, for your list I don't really rate the Rio. How about dropping it and 1 New orleans and replace it with a 3rd Seattle? Otherwise looks good.
