I would drop the Vet Squad with Melta, it's okay jumping out the Vendetta, but you have plenty of Lascannons and the Vendetta is great at popping tanks as well, I would prefer to give the second Company Command a Chimera for 55pts and give them some Melta (for bring it down or reroll cover) or the Platoon Command and give them some Flamers, this gives you a VERY meaty attack.
Then if you have the pts, I would even drop the second Company Command and get yourself a Lord Commissar or regular Commissar in the blob and a Power Weapon or 2, Stubbon is awesome now and with a re-roll they're basically fearless, the Power Weapons are the hidden gems of the Blob.
A blob which was Rune Priest, 5 Sergeants with Power Weapons and a Lord Commissar with Power Weapon went through 10 Paladins and Draigo in combat... but yours is designed for shooting, so a couple of power weapons would be a great back up and not a massive pts investment.
