Home from a long, but fantastic day. Picked up some new models to paint up (non-Malifaux,) which I will start on sometime during the week. However now is time to start working through the FoW rule book, and try to understand the basics.

Luke and I finished assembling and prepping the Dreadfleet warships today. We've done all the scenery too, so I'll get everything primed tomorrow, and that'll be the weekly hobby target done (albeit a combined effort).

For next week's hobby task I'm wondering whether to kick off a 4x4 table project for home use, as Luke and myself are starting to play more games at home now. We already have one table that we built a couple of years ago, but we can learn from that and do better I think. This will also allow us to try out some techniques that we can hopefully apply to the Cutlass table, etc.
Then again I might just crack on with painting my Cygnar.

Haven't got round to settling on anything for a hobby target this week. Really fancy having a dabble with some scenery, so might grab some MDF and try a few experiments with some pink foam. No particular target though.

I have been playing about with liquid green stuff. Its still not an ideal product, whilst it can fill in small air bubbles, it has issues with doing larger (1-2mm) gaps in one application. To be honest though, it is a neat idea, and really useful, but baring in mind "finecast the greatest model you will ever buy," requires the company to release additional tools to pull the model, unto standard. I sense a marketing disaster.
