Myself, Luke and Gaz picked up on a really nice ship on one of the WFB tables at Games Day (I took some snaps which I'll dig out later). It looked to have moulded side panels, and the decking was balsa wood.
I meant to go back and ask the chap running the table where they'd acquired it, but completely forgot.

The coffee stirrers from McDonalds that Gaz picked up on would probably make some great decking for a harbor. Just putting it out there

Those ships are great. I think the merchantman or the sloop would be appropriate for docking in the harbour area. The bigger ships tended to drop anchor away from the shore due to their draught.
I'm also liking the wooden jetty with or without catwalk, and also the upright gravestones.
