is that one magic per army or just charchter for example my units can take magic banners and unit champions can take stuff as well?

No magic items on units or champions. That list looks fine.

In the game preparation section it says that in the round 3 and then in scenarios chapter that in the round 1 man! You should go through it and find it. So could You answer me please.

1. You can only have a lev 1 HE mage in this. lev 2 is 135 points which is more than 25% of your army. NOT ALLOWED.
2. Swordmasters come in a minimum unit size of 10 (not 6!)
I am playing HE too and it's tough... all our troops are expensive!!!

i have book here saying unit size 5+ all of the speical troops are 5 onwards can check my book
but if i cant have that list then i go with this
