£50 spent 4 weeks ago and nothing, this is the only contact with the company I've had since this order was placed. It's not like it's anything rare or hard to obtain. I also find it frustrating that I can receive notice via email that they have a discount on at weekends when I'm still waiting for an order to be completed 4 weeks later.
I shouldn't need to chase them, I shouldn't need to remind them, they should be telling me if there are delays or problems with my order. I'd like to support a local independent wargame shop I really would, but from now on Wayland will be getting my money...
