The chaps at Stafford Games are running a mid war FoW tournie in July for anyone interested.

Armies from lists in Eastern Front or North Afrika.
3 games during the day using V3 rules.

As an aside, Stafford Games have also offered us the use of their hall (17 6"x4" tables with scenery) and facilities should we wish to run an event sometime.
