Square Orange was me - I wasn't sure they were still going but the website seems to be there. Contact is Sam Hill via the "clubs" email address on their website.
Buy for Less was arranged by Simon.
Tor was me - need to check with Gavin (owner, posts on their Facebook and Twitter feeds) that they're still running the discount.
