This is version 1.1. There have been some minor errata amendments, they are free to download from Hawk website:

How about a PDF of reconquest? Know of any? Trying to make a list on FFoR but it has several ucm units that do not appear to be in the basic rules.

So far as I can see, not available.
Just have to buy it 
If you put units you are unfamiliar with in the FFOR, then go to print preview, it will show you rules and statlines for everything in the list. So the FFOR is kind of a rulebook too.

Ah okay cool. Yeah I've already ordered it with the starter set but it's out of stock so have to wait for it.
