RE: Christmas Social Gathering - jaqenhgar - 13-11-2012 I'm up for it! Meal or bowling sounds good, why not combine the two?! Me three! RE: Christmas Social Gathering - Etched Oracle - 14-11-2012 Sounds like a good idea! Suggestions for as to where & when? RE: Christmas Social Gathering - Stuart - 28-11-2012 Apologies, had completely forgotten about this until I was reminded last night. Bowling might require a bit more logistical organisation and travel, so I'd be happy (particularly as I'll probably be the one organising it) to just go out for a bite to eat somewhere? Perhaps we can organise something more substantial in the new year given a little more time. So, where do we fancy? I know many aren't fans of spicy good so that probably discounts a balti or similar, so a foodie pub somewhere? RE: Christmas Social Gathering - Stuart - 28-11-2012 The Lark in Studley is very (very) decent for food, quite a small venue though. RE: Christmas Social Gathering - manrogue - 28-11-2012 I'm easy, am happy to go anywhere as long as it is not too pricey! RE: Christmas Social Gathering - jjakaalbinoboy - 28-11-2012 I'm with Vince, could go Carvery? or a pub. RE: Christmas Social Gathering - jaqenhgar - 28-11-2012 happy with pub too RE: Christmas Social Gathering - Nick1988 - 28-11-2012 Anywhere i can get a beer and a burger if fiiiiiine by me RE: Christmas Social Gathering - jimbobabob - 04-12-2012 There's a harvester somewhere nearby and they tend to be good quality, reasonable prices and do a large selection so anyone should be able to find something to eat on the menu. I think its in studley |
