On the way home I remembered the assassination run for pDenny.
Instead of the Defiler you need the Skarlock and a Warwitch siren.
Skarlock casts Ghost walk on a Deathripper - ultra pathfinding (through buildings if necessary) arc node that ignores free strikes. Siren gives it a focus, run forward.
Cast Crippling Grasp, boost to hit.
Cast Venom, boost damage.
Finish off with Leviathan. If you can charge denny and pop feat even better (if both casters have made a normal move in turn 1 you are in range).
