All you need to make this is:
Some cardboard, this can be sourced from any garage.
Grit, this can be found in yellow containers by the road. Wait till winter they are normally filled about then.
NAILS!!!!!!!
And some glue

I'm ashamed to say i witnessed the birth of the Tower of Dom, yet did nothing to stop it....may god have mercy upon us all.....

...and did the Dust-Buster successfully pick up all the excess grit, etc. after it's home-conversion / Grand Designs ?
