Can we use old Teams from the original, or do I need to invest ?

As I understand it, nothing much has changed, just a relaunch really. Hopefully they don't start changing the rules that have been run by the community for years.

Old teams welcome but we will be using new rules WITHOUT special play cards

Has the kick-off table been used in the league games so far?

Yeah, at the start of the game, start of the second half, and after every touchdown.
