The first two I changed from the forum defaults, but then quickly ran out of inspiration. Any suggestions welcome!

How about...

Member - Lieutenant
Senior member - Seargent
Posting Freak - Officer
Administrator - General

I like the thinking here..

Maybe:

Private
Lance-Corporal
Corporal
Sergeant
Lieutenant
Captain

You could go for warrant officer ranks after Sergeant rather than going straight to officer ranks. But Warrant Officer 2nd Class is a bit of a mouthfull!
