The hall caretakers have asked us just to reiterate the process surrounding opening up the club with respect to the operation of the sliding doors.
Last week it sounds like the key lock to the left of the doors had been left in the "3 o'clock" position rather than being returned to the "12 o'clock" position, and I'm led to believe this results in the door not closing and remaining open. If this does happen then it's very important not to manually try and force the doors shut as this often results in the doors breaking and a maintenance call-out for which we could be billed. The system is able to detect force being applied to the door and can reflect it accordingly.
