My 4th knight has now been ordered.
thats a great model, I'll have to go against your four knights at some point.
Heh you are going to need a forklift to get this guy to the table Tongue Its so big!
Lol, thats my fifth knight, ordered it as well!

From rumours you will not need any anti-air as it puts out at least 15 high strength AP3 shots - Should manage to get a few hits.
Is it just me or do the Forge World knights seem a bit....tall? Their legs seem slightly disproportionate to me.
To me they are OK, I used to play Knights in EPIC in the old days and the lancer style knights have always been tall and thin, compared to a paladin style knight.

NICE

Sunder looks good when up against your friendly Land Raider
Deflagrate or Tempest looks good when charging a horde

And you think you look tough in your marine armour, you did until I shot at you with my nice BIG gun.

Also for 1,655 I can have

Paladin - 375
Gerantius - 500
Lancer - 400
Castigator - 380

Castigator Bolt Cannon - 36", Str 7, Ap 3, Hvy 8, Twin-Linked

Can you charge after running ? If so any unit within 42" (12" + 3D6" + 2D6") is in range.
Nope, can't charge after running unfortunately. Sad

Think the castigator is better against infantry in combat, prefer D weapons for taking out vehicles as you effectively ignore the AV. With the castigators being strength 10, against AV 14 you need a 4 to glance, 5 or 6 to pen.

Like the Castigators gun, would have been nice if it was S8 though....
