Why am I having trouble logging in?

I've had an account for years, but now my email address and password aren't recognised. Why?

On the 10th of April 2014 we launched a brand new webstore. Our old webstore was closed and all personal customer data such as account details and purchase history were permanently and securely deleted.


So your account is gone make a new one


Edit to prevent double post:-

I've emailed GW for the first time ever to find out what's happened to the FAQ's errata and if they've become unofficial.
Otherwise in my rulebook steadfast makes you test on unmodified leadership instead of not applying combat modifiers and no one knows what unmodified leadership actually is!

Even after knowing that existed on the GW site it took me 10 mins to find it lol. Great.

Joking aside, i wonder if this means they are ditching FAQs and Erratas, we haven't had one (or updates) for 6 months.....

All the specialist games stuff has gone as well, though that was expected.

just looked at the new site, what a waste of time, all it is now is a shopping area. (expected something like this to happen, but now there's no useful stuff in the site, it just sells stuff now .....)

I already have that, its called eBay.

they better bring the FAQ's back I don't have all of them and its nice to have them on the laptop

Daily blog is there. It's just hidden. Click the White Dwarf in the top right to get to it.

Hi Will

Thanks for the email regarding the new website.

Currently the FAQ's are not available on the website, as the design team are taking this opportunity to fully update all the FAQ and Errata articles. This is only temporary and these FAQ's will be made available again in the very near future.

So new FAQ's possibly!

So a week on, and I am really enjoying the blog. In particular the painting videos that are accompanying some of the updates. However the website now is a store first, with if you have any previous GW experience, what you want second. In 6 months time, if a kid got into GW, would they know where to find these amazing videos? Would they know that the FAQ's are located on a separate website now? I doubt very much they will, and whilst they could well be shown in a GW store where these things are located, I expect work load constraints on store staff, would restrict time spent doing so.
