It's not Guard, but rather a sub-codex. The online only bit gives that away. Thank god for that, because that is the worst miniature ever. Not even Minotaurs are on a scale of phail like that.

I wish it was a hoax/just for a sub-codex, looks like that monstrosity is for both Astra militarium (Imperial guards oh so brilliant new name) and the storm trooper supplement militarium tempestus.

That tank is awful! So Storm Troopers will be a sub-codex of Imperial Guard rather than a unit within it? :/

Not sure yet, i would imagine that they are still in the codex.
Think the supplement is so you can use them without taking a guard allies like the others ie inquisition, knights, legion of the damned.
