What a strange reply. The mag, that's the least like the one you subscribe too, is the one that you get with your sub. Nod then they admit it's not the right magazine, if it's the one you did. It's all the wrong way round.

Yep, from the sounds of it the weekly is not to bad and the one people would fancy subscibing to. Just not at £3 a week lol.

Can't understand the auto reply message myself, basically telling people the magazine they have been forcibly switched to isn't right for you. Lolz.

No idea what the reasoning behind visions was, but sounds as if it has backfired massively. Not heard anything positive at all about it and you normally get at least one or two people defend it.

Heard that they see themselves more as a miniatures company than a game company so they might have decided that the way forward was to promote images of their miniatures devoid of any gaming connotations, hence visions?

Agree it seems to be a total flop already. They have major issues connecting with what their customers want - what is so weird is that you'd think they'd be able to employ some sort of customer relations manager who was halfway decent cos they could afford to pay them enough!
