Just found this on Dakka, thought i would share so anyone requiring additional Bloodbowl/Necromunda figures knows to get them ASAP-


Sad times. Looks like the Specialist Games range is going to the great lead graveyard in the sky. A post on Tactical Command confirms. They contacted GW and was told: "They are gone permanently. Other stuff will disappear as stocks run out"

A quick look on GW UK show that some models are no longer available, such as:

Soopa stompa
Reaver titan
Artillery company
Repulsive Grand Cruiser
Blood Bowl Chaos Booster

Looks like Warmaster, Mordheim and even some Blood Bowl miniatures are unavailable. Could either mean they're switching them to Finecast (ugh) or they're wrapping up the range completely now.

If you want any SG models, probably best to grab them now...

Hmmm, might pick up another box of Delaque I think.

well clearly the share holders have been replaced by evil warmongering robots, if they are shutting down specialist games for good.

might have to pick up some necromunda models, but i don't know yet...

also gonna have to dig out that fall out shelter now.....

Yep, apparently they are phasing out all metal production before the end of the year and this is a casualty of that policy. Tempted to get some epic bits before they go for good.....
GW are on mission to annoy people today, got Faiet 212 and BoLs closed down as well for leaking WD pics!

they'll be back as finecast. (well for the more popular ones anyway)

they're supposedly planning a Blood Bowl release this year, i cant see them phasing that out completely.

Blood bowl is getting the Space Hulk/Dreadfleet treatment, a limited edition boxed set with 4-6 Teams in it.

I can't see them Finecasting a lot of it as they would have to do new molds and they don't sell enough to warrant that cost.

All the rumours point to it being released in Oct/Nov this year, Will be jumping on it myself
