I have started to paint my harpies. Tell me what You think about colour scheme and technique.

Looks good Andy - liking the wings.

I like it, but maybe a slightly different hair colour, like white to contrast a bit more with the skin.

Great call, but I would go something more striking like a Purple. The flesh and wings are in what appears to be a pastel shade, white is too neutral. You could do with something to make it pop, and purple would tie in with the rest of your army.
