Q: When making a Shooting attack against a unit, can Wounds
from the Wound Pool be allocated to models that were not within
range any of the shooting models when To Hit rolls were made (i.e.
half the targeted model are in the shooting models’ range, and half
are not)? (p15)
A: No

Excellent. thats the way it should be!
hear hear!
The ones of note for me are

range any of the shooting models when To Hit rolls were made (i.e.

A: No.

Makes sense but is a big change. It was discussed in the club this week that it should be changed for regular shooting. Multipul templates are not as effective. Deathmarks with the terrortek should allocated wounds from the tek's abysmal staff first when sniping shots or you could loose wounds.

Q: In assault, what comes first – Feel No Pain rolls or the roll to
activate a Force weapon? (p37)
A: The roll to activate a Force Weapon is made before
determining whether or not the victim is permitted a Feel
No Pain roll.

You can't FNP a insta-death force weapon. Glad it has been faqed but thought this would go the other way.

Q: If an attack with the Rending special rule rolls a 6 for their
Armour Penetration roll against a vehicle and subsequently scores a
Penetrating Hit, does that hit count as being AP2 as it would if the
attack rolled a 6 To Wound? (p41)
A: No.

I was playing that the AP2 gave the +1 on the chart so will play differently. It will mean less lucky sniper shots taking out flyers and wraiths will have to rely on weight of numbers to wreck rather than exploding a vehicle.

Q: Can a Flyer or Flying Monstrous Creature Leave Combat
Airspace on the same turn that it entered play from
Reserves/Ongoing Reserves? (p49/81)
A: No – the owning player must deploy and move their Flyer
or Flying Monstrous Creature in such a way that this does
not happen.

No more ork bommers flying in and off the board in one turn to drop bombs

Q: Blessings are manifested ‘at the start of the Psyker’s Movement
phase’ – does this mean they happen simultaneously with Reserves
rolls, Outflanking rolls etc and if so which is resolved first? (p68)
A: They do occur simultaneously – as such, the player whose
turn it is decides in what order these things occur as per
page 9 of the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook.

So with multipul psyker units you cast then finish the movement of each unit individually. Not cast them all them move them all.

Necron FAQ
Chariot stuff all makes sense about hitting it and the rider. I can aways get a RP when riding the chariot it can not be denied is nice. Glad to finally see they updated the Crypteks to work like wolf guard re scoring.

Q: If a unit of models that are Psykers and armed with force
weapons are affected by the You! You’re a Traitor! result of the
Hallucination psychic power from the Telepathy discipline, does
this force them to spend warp charge points (if they have any
available) and activate their force weapons for the hits they inflict
upon their own unit? (Reference section).
A: Yes.

Chaos are going to love that. Same as mind shackle scarabs. Having a forceweapon can be dangerous.

Q: Does the Vindicare Assassin’s Deadshot special rule supersede the
Look Out, Sir special rule for the purposes of Wound allocation,
meaning that the player who owns the Vindicare Assassin is still
allowed to allocate the wounds from its shooting even if their opponent
makes and passes a Look Out, Sir roll? (p53)
A: Yes.

Nice buff for kill the warlord and maybe first blood.

Page 56 – Valkyrie Assault Carrier, Grav Chute Insertion.
The first sentence should be changed to:
If a Valkyrie or a Vendetta moved more than 6", passengers
may still disembark, but they must do so as follows.
Change the penultimate sentence to read: “If any of the
models cannot be deployed the unit is destroyed.”

Change the first sentence to read “If the Valkyrie has moved
more than 6", passengers may still disembark, but they must do
so as follows.”

Does that mean you can't discembark if you have not moved (in hover mode)?

Nope, it means if you have moved 6" or less in hover mode you can disembark and assault (as per the assault vehicle rules). If you've moved more than 6" then you disembark as the following rules (which I believe is the same as disembarking via zooming etc. and the same as my Stormraven.
I got it cheers.
