Can a Psyker Battle Squad do Soul Storm whilst inside a Chimera
Have looked on the web and can find both YES & NO answers
I'd say Yes as it's a shooting attack.
Yes, the Chimera has a fire point and it's a shooting attack.
Can't see any reason why not looking through the rules.
You can't snapshot a blast template though? so I guess you can't if the Chimera moved more than 6"?
